【Course Objectives】

"Career design" is the foundation for achieving personal growth, well-being, and a fulfilling life, not just limited to considering job opportunities at the time of graduation. In the lecture, we encourage you to reflect on your existence in society and cultivate knowledge and experience in collaboration and co-creation with others, as well as actively develop connections with various social groups and participate in internships to gain a better understanding of social awareness. We also take into account the needs of both private and public sector job seekers.

【Course Contents】

It is important to develop the ability to build appropriate relationships with others (understanding others, self-expression, communication) while also being able to think and judge independently. This is not only important for the stage of job hunting , but also for all situations. In the lecture, students are encouraged to reflect on themselves by exchanging opinions with each other, expressing their own thoughts, and gaining experience in accurately understanding the thoughts and opinions of others, thereby cultivating self-understanding and communication skills. It is also recommended that students participate in various events and seminars that they are interested in, in order to gain experience in connecting with society, communicating with working professionals, and engaging in social activities.

Regarding internships, it is a principle that each student should search for and apply to industries, companies, municipalities, etc. that they are interested in through public recruitment.
