The objective of this class is to read a basic literature on German Property Law.
Students will read a textbook on German Property Law translated into Japanese. The student in charge will prepare a resume in advance and review the contents based on it on the day of the class. The other participants will ask questions as appropriate and discuss jointly.

ドイツ物権法についての基本的文献を読む。

日本語訳されたドイツ物権法に関する教科書を講読する。担当者は、担当部分のレジュメを事前に用意し、当日は、それに基づいて内容を検討する。他の参加者は適宜質問をし、共同で議論を行う。この演習は大学院との合同で開催される。
