The environment surrounding top athletes is formed by sports medicine science. Students will understand that sports are formed from a number of disciplines and progress based on scientific evidence
Sports are physical activities in which many studies such as physiology, psychology, anatomy and medicine are involved. Focusing on sports, we will look at sports from various viewpoints. In addition, we will introduce the relationship between sports and science.

トップアスリートを取り巻く環境は、スポーツ医科学によって形成されている。スポーツは，いくつもの学問から形成され，科学的エビデンスに基づいて進歩していることを理解する

スポーツは身体の運動であるが、生理学、心理学、解剖学や医学など多くの学問が関与している。スポーツを軸に、いろいろな視点からスポーツを見つめる。また、スポーツと科学の関連について紹介する。
