【授業の目標 / Course Objectives】

過剰なストレスがかかる現代社会において，生涯の様々な場面で役に立つであろう発達臨床心理学の知識を学び，メンタルヘルスの危機に対処できる力を身につけることを目標とします（基本的に初学者対象）。

The goal shall be to learn the knowledge of developmental clinical psychology that will be useful in various situations in life and to acquire the ability to cope with mental health crises in modern society where stress is excessive (basically aimed at beginners).

【授業の内容 / Course Contents】

日本は高齢社会に突入しました。その長い人生の中では，受験,就職,結婚,出産,そして配偶者の死など様々な出来事があり，たくさんのストレスがかかります。その結果，心のバランスを崩してしまう人も少なくありません。そんな中で我々が健やかに生きていけるように心の健康を考えていきます。知識があれば，防げることもあります。
まず「心の健康」を精神保健（異常心理学）の観点からみていきます。心理学の立場から，自分や家族がその状況に立たされたときにどのように対処できるのか，生きていくヒントを提示していきます。一部の症状については，様々な文化からもその現象を捉え，それが身近なものであることにも触れていきます。その上で，最後には「こころ」の正常と異常というものをトータルに自ら考えられるようにしていきます。

Japan has entered an aging society. In such a long life, there are many stressful events such as exams, employment, marriage, childbirth, and the death of one's spouse. As a result, many people lose their mental balance. Under such circumstances, we will consider mental health so that we can live healthily. With knowledge, we can prevent these problems.
First of all, we will look at "the health of the mind" from the perspective of mental health (abnormal psychology). From the point of view of psychology, we will give tips on living for how you or your family can cope with such problems. With regard to some symptoms, we will take up the phenomena from various cultures and also mention that these problems are common. Finally, in the end students will be able to think comprehensively for themselves about the normality and abnormalities of the "mind."

【授業時間外（予習・復習等）の学習 / Study Required Outside of Class】

必要に応じて，授業中に指示します。毎回の授業でのファーストインパクトを大事にしますので，予習は必要ありません。授業中と復習に集中してください。
復習に関しては、参考文献や授業中に紹介するものを利用して復習することを基本とする。また、多様な考え方を身につけるためにインターネットなどでも利用してさまざまな立場の意見なども調べて学ぶような復習を推奨します。

心理学に接したことのない人に向けての授業なので、基本初学者でも大丈夫でありますが、興味関心が無いと難しく感じることも少なくないようです。人の心という概念的に難しいものを扱うため、イマジネーションが重要です。とにかく人の心に興味があることと精神保健に興味関心があることが大切な要件になります。

　授業の内容は、一部事例など人間の生々しい行為や思考など決して道徳的とはいえない表現が出てくることがあります。性的な問題についても取り扱われるので、苦手な方はご遠慮いただくのが良いと思います。男性性や女性性といった文脈も出てきますが、細かいLGBTQまで踏まえた文脈の話は時間の関係でできません。内容はDSMやICDといった一般的な典型論で進みます。個別性についてはあまり取り上げません。
　授業中の私語，携帯電話の使用は禁止です。スマホなどの写真撮影や動画撮影なども禁止します。他者や教員に迷惑な行為は退出を願う場合があります。厳しく対応しますので，約束事を守れない学生はご遠慮ください。
