The aim is to learn about the meaning and methodology of healing your mind and body comfortably, and consider how to live a healthy life with healing both now and in the future.
In the first half of this class, we will learn about the relationship between the human mind, body and healing. In the second half, we will learn about several healing methods, along with latest research examples. Throughout the class, we will develop their understanding of how to heal themselves and live a healthy life.

自分の心や身体を心地よく癒すことの意味と方法論を学び、現在及び生涯にわたり癒しとともにある健やかな生き方を考究することを目標とします。
The aim is to learn about the meaning and methodology of healing your mind and body comfortably, and consider how to live a healthy life with healing both now and in the future.
この授業の前半では人の心や身体と癒しの関わりについて、後半では最新の研究事例とともにいくつかの癒しの方法について学んでいきます。授業全体を通して、自らを癒し健やかに生きることについて考えをまとめていきます。
