Focusing on 1/0 processing of content and hardware, we will gain knowledge about computer principles such as the digitization process, the relationship between the amount of information and content expression, and the relationship between transistor mechanisms and hardware processing. Students will deepen their understanding of the knowledge and issues necessary to utilize the technology.
The digitization of content involves not only the processing power of devices and reproducibility, but also human perception. The process of digitization, the advantages of binary encoding, the amount of selective information, the perceptual processing and content expression of human speech and color, the influence of quantization errors and diffusion, and the methods and theoretical background of how data can be adjusted according to its use and purpose. Also, by explaining the operation and characteristics of devices that make up the hardware, mainly transistors, students will gain a better understanding of computer availability issues.

コンテンツおよびハードウェアの1/0の処理を中心に，デジタル化の過程や情報量とコンテンツ表現との関係，トランジスタの仕組みとハードウェアの処理の関係などコンピューターの原理について知見を得ることで，コンテンツの活用に必要な知識と問題点への理解を深める。
