How we define such words as "World History" (or, "world" and "history), "in", and "Christianity"?
The lecturer, IGO Tomoyasu, is not a historian but a narratologist. In this case, he may lecture "World History in Christianity" rather than "Christianity in World History". The question is not "how Christianity appears in World History" but "how World History is expressed in Christianity".
By the way, what is "Christianity" and "World History" (or, what is "World" and " History") ?
On these matters, at present, the lecturer has no definite opinion of himself. Thus, he is looking for your suggestions.

講師は、歴史学者ではなく説話学者である。この場合、実際の講義内容は、おそらく「世界史の中のキリスト教」よりも、むしろ「キリスト教の中の世界史」となるであろう。問題は、「キリスト教が、どう世界史に出現するか」ではなく、「世界史を、どうキリスト教は表現するか」である。そもそも、「キリスト教」とは何か。また「世界史」（あるいは「世界」「歴史」）とは何か。受講者の皆様の提案を待つ。
