【Course Objectives】

Through studying the lives, works, and thoughts of various representative theologians in ancient Christian history, students will come to understand what was Christianity at that time.

【Course Contents】

In this course, we will introduce the lives, works, and thoughts of five representative theologians from the 2nd to the 5th century. We will also clarify each theologian’s opinions and understandings regarding important topics of the era, such as Christology and the Trinity doctrine, comparing and contrasting each theologian’s views.
