【Course Objectives】

Quid est sapientia? To address this question, students will read specific texts, internalizing their meanings while thinking critically to answer the question.

We are historical beings, so the question must seriously consider the reality in which we are living. Students will keep the following in mind during their investigation: questions regarding our existence, human nature, and t+L70he religiosity of humanity, as well as questions directed inwards at ourselves. Therefore, it is important that students cultivate their own understandings rather than borrowing from experts. To that end, students will be required to express their own thoughts and deepen them through presentations, dialogues, and discussions. Note that the contents may change according to the students' situation and other factors.

【Course Contents】

While considering the fundamental definition of Christianity, we will utilize different texts to ponder various secondary goals, namely fundamental yet modern issues surrounding language, truth, human dignity, individuality, and freedom.
