Students will deepen their understanding of the relationship between law and politics through learning the state of the national system.
Using the government structure as a national system, we will explain the relationship between law and politics in its establishment and operation. By looking at the formation and operation of the national system through the dynamism of actors such as politicians, political parties, and the people, we can see that the governing structure established by the constitution and other laws is not a given, but is influenced by historical and geographical constraints.

国制のありようを通じて法と政治との関係に関する理解を深める。
Students will deepen their understanding of the relationship between law and politics through learning the state of the national system.
国制としての統治機構を素材として、その成立過程や運用における法と政治との関係を説明していく。政治家や政党、国民といったアクターのおりなすダイナミズムによる国制の形成と運用をみることにより、憲法をはじめとした法により定められる統治機構が所与のものではなく歴史的・場所的被制約性のある内容のものであることが理解されることを狙いとしている。
