The purpose of this class is to understand the original enjoyment of volleyball and to be able to play the game. Students will learn various basic techniques and how to develop games based on general tactics and rules used in volleyball games, aiming for higher level game development. Furthermore, through volleyball, students will acquire the ability to improve their communication skills with others, the ability to promote the maintenance and promotion of health, the attitude to work independently, and the ability to collaborate with diverse students.
In order to develop a game that uses the basic rhythms (pass (bump), toss, and spike) of the volleyball game, in addition to practicing basic techniques, practice aimed at mastering basic rhythms. Incorporate it and develop it so that you can enjoy high-level games.

本授業では，バレーボールの持つ本来の楽しさを理解しゲームが実施できるようすることを目的として実施する．各種基本技術の習得と，バレーボールのゲームで用いられる一般的な戦術やルールに基づいたゲームの展開方法などを学習し，よりハイレベルなゲーム展開を目指す．また，バレーボールを通じて他者とのコミュニケーション能力の向上や健康の保持・増進を促進できる能力及び主体的に取り組む姿勢，多様な学生との協働を身につける．

バレーボールのゲームにおける基本的なリズム（パス（レシーブ），トス，アタック）を使用したゲームが展開できるようにするため，基本技術の習得練習に加えて，基本的なリズムの習得を目指した練習を取り入れ，ハイレベルなゲームを楽しめるように展開する．

1．担当教員より特別の指示のない限り，更衣はポール・ラッシュ・アスレチックセンター（池袋キャンパス）/ 新座体育館（新座キャンパス）の更衣室で行うこと。なお，第1回目の授業より実習が始まるので，運動ができる服装・靴を準備し，授業に出席すること。屋内施設で行う授業は専用シューズを用意すること。
2．天候等により通常の実施場所とは異なる場合があるため，屋内・屋外科目に関わらず，授業前にポール・ラッシュ・アスレチックセンター入口（池袋キャンパス）/体育館入口（新座キャンパス）の掲示板で実施場所を確認すること。
3．当年度の4月に行われる定期健康診断を必ず受診しておくこと。
※健康診断を受診すると，保健室にて通学定期乗車券発行控に「済」印（健康診断が受診済みであることを証明する印）が押されるため，それを初回授業時に提示すること。
※定期健康診断を未受診の場合は，授業参加に支障をきたすため，早急に保健室の「追加の健康診断について」のページを確認して対応すること。
4. 実習中の怪我や事故には充分注意し、担当教員から指示がある場合は、それに従い行動すること。
