【Course Objectives】

Through climbing, students will learn to interact with their minds and bodies and cultivate the ability to enjoy climbing as a lifelong sport together with their peers while learning about the functions and movements of your body.

【Course Contents】

With the 2020+1 Tokyo Olympics effect, sport climbing is attracting more and more attention. At first glance, climbing may seem to require a lot of arm strength, but it is a sport that anyone can try and enjoy at their own pace. It is also sometimes referred to as "chess with the body" because it requires thinking about how to move in your head.
In this course, classes will continue focusing on “boulder” among other climbing skills, and students will deepen their understanding of the functions and movements of their bodies while learning the basic knowledge necessary for climbing. Group work is also incorporated so that students can realize the joy and satisfaction of their own capabilities together with their peers.

*In each class, after a simple technique practice to warm up, students can climb the walls of each slope in rotation and deepen their understanding. The order and contents may change according to the progress of the class.
