Master the fundamentals and processes of recreational sports and devise rules and tools to enjoy them based on location and members to contribute to a lifetime of practicing sports.
Take up sports that can be played indoors. Each time, 3-4 people will be chosen to be in charge, who will decide and announce how to play based on the rules of the event and the implements to be used, and then the entire class will practice. To deepen communication between students, new groups and teams are created every hour during practice.

レクリエーショナルスポーツの基礎および方法を身につけ，場所やメンバーに応じてルールや道具を工夫し楽しむことを通して生涯スポーツの実践につなげる。
Master the fundamentals and processes of recreational sports and devise rules and tools to enjoy them based on location and members to contribute to a lifetime of practicing sports.
室内で行うことのできるスポーツを取り上げる。毎回担当者３〜４名を決め，ある種目をルールや使用する道具を応用して楽しむ方法を考え，発表し，それを全員で実践する。また学生同士のコミュニケーションを深めるため，実践の際は毎時間グループやチームを新たに作る。

1．担当教員より特別の指示のない限り，更衣はポール・ラッシュ・アスレチックセンター（池袋キャンパス）/ 新座体育館（新座キャンパス）の更衣室で行うこと。なお，第1回目の授業より実習が始まるので，運動ができる服装・靴を準備し，授業に出席すること。屋内施設で行う授業は専用シューズを用意すること。
2．天候等により通常の実施場所とは異なる場合があるため，屋内・屋外科目に関わらず，授業前にポール・ラッシュ・アスレチックセンター入口（池袋キャンパス）/体育館入口（新座キャンパス）の掲示板で実施場所を確認すること。
3．当年度の4月に行われる定期健康診断を必ず受診しておくこと。
※健康診断を受診すると，保健室にて通学定期乗車券発行控に「済」印（健康診断が受診済みであることを証明する印）が押されるため，それを初回授業時に提示すること。
※定期健康診断を未受診の場合は，授業参加に支障をきたすため，早急に保健室の「追加の健康診断について」のページを確認して対応すること。
4. 実習中の怪我や事故には充分注意し、担当教員から指示がある場合は、それに従い行動すること。
