【Course Objectives】

The objective of this course is to promote health, reduce lack of exercise and improve physical fitness so that students may lead a rich university life. Through Tai Chi, improve your athletic ability and learn the fundamental knowledge to enjoy it.

【Course Contents】

Through understanding scientific knowledge for health maintenance and improvement and practicing Tai Chi, students undertake training focusing on posture, breathing and the mind, and slowly go from doing basic movements one at a time to smooth flowing movements, practicing a truly balanced physical exercise. Students also learn about the background of Tai Chi, such as mind-body unity and healing concepts.
