【Course Objectives】

(1) To develop coordination and a sense of rhythm by through artistic swimming with others, as well as to increase physical strength and flexibility, leading to the development of a healthy body.
(2) To acquire a wide range of body control skills in the water by challenging basic Artistic Swimming (AS).
(3) Students from different grades and faculties cooperate with each other to create and present a performance together as one team.

<Lecture>
History of Artistic Swimming (AS) and its significance for the Olympics

<Practical skills>
All participants will create a performance together for the goal of a presentation at the end of the semester.

Written only (Artistic Swimming 《AS》 history and terminology)
