Understand the basic techniques and tactics of futsal and acquire skills. Utilize communication skills to think and practice how group work (team practice, games) works effectively.
After dividing into teams, in the first half, practice and games will be held on a unified theme related to basic futsal techniques and tactics. In the second half, we will consider the points for effectively functioning the M-T-M method, and consider and practice how to improve individual / team performance by using the method for each team.

フットサルの基礎技術、戦術を理解し、技能を身につける。コミュニケーション能力を活かして、グループワーク（チームでの練習、試合）が有効に機能する方法を考え実践する。
Understand the basic techniques and tactics of futsal and acquire skills. Utilize communication skills to think and practice how group work (team practice, games) works effectively.
チーム分けをしたうえで、前半はフットサルの基礎技術・戦術に関する統一テーマでの練習、試合を行う。後半はＭ-Ｔ-Ｍメソッドを有効に機能させるためのポイントを考察し、チームごとに同メソッドを用いて、個人・チームパフォーマンスを向上させる方法を考え、実践する。

テニスのオムニコートでのプレーとなります。適した服装とシューズを用意してください。
授業中のスマートフォンの使用は禁止します。
1．担当教員より特別の指示のない限り，更衣はポール・ラッシュ・アスレチックセンター（池袋キャンパス）/ 新座体育館（新座キャンパス）の更衣室で行うこと。なお，第1回目の授業より実習が始まるので，運動ができる服装・靴を準備し，授業に出席すること。屋内施設で行う授業は専用シューズを用意すること。
2．天候等により通常の実施場所とは異なる場合があるため，屋内・屋外科目に関わらず，授業前にポール・ラッシュ・アスレチックセンター入口（池袋キャンパス）/体育館入口（新座キャンパス）の掲示板で実施場所を確認すること。
3．当年度の4月に行われる定期健康診断を必ず受診しておくこと。
※健康診断を受診すると，保健室にて通学定期乗車券発行控に「済」印（健康診断が受診済みであることを証明する印）が押されるため，それを初回授業時に提示すること。
※定期健康診断を未受診の場合は，授業参加に支障をきたすため，早急に保健室の「追加の健康診断について」のページを確認して対応すること。
4. 実習中の怪我や事故には充分注意し、担当教員から指示がある場合は、それに従い行動すること。
本科目は、担当教員の実務経験、または実務に従事するゲスト・スピーカーの招聘講義等を活かした授業である。
