【Course Objectives】

1. Through sports, students can develop mentally and physically healthy lifestyles.
2. Students learn the fundamental skills of badminton and acquire the grounding knowledge to be able to enjoy badminton throughout their lives.
3. Students develop communication skills.

【Course Contents】

Badminton uses very light rackets and shuttlecocks making it easy to rally continuously, and is an easy sport to get into even for beginners. This class aims to teach students the basic skills of badminton and for them to actively enjoy games (especially doubles) with cooperation between beginners and experienced players. In addition, students learn how to take a step further in their appreciation of the sport, such as by understanding the techniques of badminton from a scientific perspective and exploring tactics. Students aim to improve their communication skills through sports by prioritizing etiquette and cooperation with teammates.
