【Course Objectives】

Figure out how you would like to improve your physical fitness, then experience and consider what type of exercise program should be implemented to achieve this goal.

【Course Contents】

As a method of becoming aware of bodily imbalances and habits, working on areas you want to improve and embodying ideals, strengthening, stretching and relaxing, this class introduces a Pilates mat exercise and yoga aerobic exercise program with an emphasis on breathing techniques, aimed at improving stamina and releasing stress.
