The objective of this class is for students to understand and be able to implement the basic tactics of futsal. Study instructional methods while experiencing the fun of futsal.
We would like for students to experience the feeling that their “can-do” can be increased by their “knowledge,” regardless of skill level. Through a “can-do” experience, we would like for students to experience the joy of futsal and wish to tell others about their experience in this class. Each class starts with a different warm-up, such as a game of tag, and two practice events are held according to the theme of each class. Students practice to learn the theme naturally. In the second half of the class we always play a game to review the theme.

本授業ではフットサルにおける基本的な戦術について理解し、実践できるようにすることを目標にする。フットサルの楽しみかたを経験しながら、指導法も学んでもらいたいと考えている。

技術レベルの高低に関わらず、「知る」ことによって「できる」ことが増えていく感覚を体験してもらいたい。また、「できる」経験を通して、フットサルの楽しさを感じてもらい、その経験を人に伝えたいと思ってもらえるような授業にしたいと考えている。毎回、異なる鬼ごっこなどのウォーミングアップからスタートし、授業ごとのテーマに沿った練習を２種目ほど行う。テーマ習得が自然と行えるような練習を行なっていく。授業後半は必ずゲームを行い、テーマの確認をしてもらう。

1．担当教員より特別の指示のない限り，更衣はポール・ラッシュ・アスレチックセンター（池袋キャンパス）/ 新座体育館（新座キャンパス）の更衣室で行うこと。なお，第1回目の授業より実習が始まるので，運動ができる服装・靴を準備し，授業に出席すること。屋内施設で行う授業は専用シューズを用意すること。
2．天候等により通常の実施場所とは異なる場合があるため，屋内・屋外科目に関わらず，授業前にポール・ラッシュ・アスレチックセンター入口（池袋キャンパス）/体育館入口（新座キャンパス）の掲示板で実施場所を確認すること。
3．当年度の4月に行われる定期健康診断を必ず受診しておくこと。
※健康診断を受診すると，保健室にて通学定期乗車券発行控に「済」印（健康診断が受診済みであることを証明する印）が押されるため，それを初回授業時に提示すること。
※定期健康診断を未受診の場合は，授業参加に支障をきたすため，早急に保健室の「追加の健康診断について」のページを確認して対応すること。
4. 実習中の怪我や事故には充分注意し、担当教員から指示がある場合は、それに従い行動すること。
本科目は、担当教員の実務経験、または実務に従事するゲスト・スピーカーの招聘講義等を活かした授業である。
