In this class, students will deepen their basic knowledge in the fields of accounting and finance, and learn about investment plans that will be important in the field of business that students will encounter now and in the future. We will promote this course so that beginners can learn it, so it is also suitable for students aiming to work in the business field in the future.
One of the important objectives of business is return on investment. An investment plan is the basic idea, and can be thought of as an accumulation of business intelligence that opens up possibilities for the future. However, the common condition surrounding us is that no one can know in advance what will happen in the future. The act of investment planning can be said to encourage everyone to anticipate uncertainty, plan while accepting it, and move forward with implementation.
As a result of this series of learning, you will be able to understand how companies are structured, what their goals are, and how they make decisions. In addition, we will unravel some of the mysteries of what types of companies are able to overcome and what types of companies are not able to overcome the obstacles that stand in front of them, while referring to case studies. Based on the basic concepts of accounting and finance, we will explain business plans, financing plans, income and expenditure plans, fund management, etc. from a practical viewpoint of financial aspects (accounting and finance) that support companies and projects. In addition, concrete examples are taken up to deepen understanding.

本科目は、学生諸氏が現在、または将来に接するビジネスの現場で重要となるおカネ(投資計画)に関して、会計・ファイナンス分野の基本知識を深めながら学びます。初学者が習得できるように推進していきますので、将来ビジネスの分野で活動を目指している学生の学びにも適するでしょう。
ビジネスの重要な目的の一つは投資に対するリターンです。投資計画はその基になる考え方であり、未来に向けた可能性を拓くビジネス知性の集積とも考えられます。しかし、将来なにが起きるのかをだれも事前に知ることはできないという共通の条件が私たちを取り巻いています。投資計画という行為はだれもが不確実性を予測し、受入れながら計画をし、実行への推進を促すものといえます。
その意思決定と行動に対する計画は果てしなく膨大な思考過程が必要となります。これを説明するのが、会計・ファイナンスの理論です。投資計画論には、会計およびファイナンスの理論が不可欠であり、毎回の授業を通して、基礎からできる限り理解し易いように学んでいきます。
これら一連の学びの結果として、企業とはどのような成り立ちをし、なにを目指してどのように意思決定するのかについて理解できるようになるでしょう。また、目の前に立ちはだかる障害に対して、どのような企業が乗り越え、どのような企業が乗り越えられないのか、事例を参照しながら、そのミステリーの一部を解明していきます。毎回の授業を楽しみながら学びましょう。

会計、金融の基礎的な考え方をベースとして、事業計画、資金調達計画、収支計画、資金管理等について、企業やプロジェクトを支える財務面(会計・ファイナンス)での実務的な観点から説明をする。さらに、具体的事例を取り上げて、理解を深める。
