We will study “Civil Law” regarding its fundamental aspects in our lives.
Recommended for students who are new to law.
1 The Civil Law is a basic law that governs the legal relationship between individuals. After graduation, it will be important to understand the rules concerning contracts, even if not entering a career in the tourism industry, and is essential for working in society. Lectures will be easy to understand with concrete examples, so that even students who have never studied law can follow.
2 The Civil Law is an important subject that can be found in a large number of qualification exams, such of public officials exams. So in this course, students will advance to be able to handle all types of exams (determining how to proceed while consulting with students).

私たちの生活に最も身近な市民生活に関する基本法である「民法」を学ぶ。
法律を学ぶのが初めての学生にも対応できるように授業は進める。
We will study “Civil Law” regarding its fundamental aspects in our lives.

１ 民法は私人相互間の法律関係を規律する基本法である。卒業後，観光業界に進むか否かに関わらず，契約に関するルールを理解しておくことは，社会に出る上で重要なことである。講義は，まったく法律を学んだことのない学生でも理解できるように，具体例を交えながら分かり易いように進める。
２ 民法は，公務員試験をはじめ，各種資格試験にも多数出題される重要な科目である。そこで，講義では，各種試験を受験する学生にも対応できるように進める（初回時に受講生と相談しながら進め方を確定する）。

〇 公務員試験に興味関心のある者は，相談して下さい。公務員試験向けの勉強方法などを別途，伝えるとともに，適宜講義で試験関係の情報に触れるようにする。
