【Course Objectives】

With the aim of developing battle-ready business people, cultivating the basic skills necessary for business, gaining the planning and management capabilities used in the tourism industry through the creation of new business plans.

【Course Contents】

This course should be taken in conjunction with Project Planning Practice in Tourism B.
Students will learn the basics of marketing, management strategy and financial accounting through the design of new business plans for the tourism industry. In this lecture, in the formulation of new business plans, business concepts will be analyzed from the external environment. During class, intermediate presentations and group work will take place as appropriate, to foster presentation skills and manage project progress. Project teams of 5 to 6 students will focus on group seminars. At the end of the spring semester, we plan to hold a presentation on the new business concept with a guest speaker.
