This course aims to provide an active understanding of industrial and organizational psychology.
Students will learn the concepts and theories of industrial and organizational psychology using a textbook. Students will be divided into groups of three or four. They will prepare a PowerPoint presentation on the relevant section in advance and explain the contents to other students in an easy-to-understand manner. Students will use their daily life events and experiences, social events, and specialized books on psychology and related academic papers on psychology in the presentation. A coordinator will be chosen from among the students who will act as a moderator. Commentators will be chosen for each session to ask questions and give opinions. The students will deepen their understanding of industrial/organizational psychology through discussions with general public questions. Occasionally, the students will be asked to answer questionnaires and participate in experiments related to the class. The results of such surveys and experiments will be explained in the final lecture period. Students are expected to be active participants in the class. By the final lecture, each student will choose a theme from among the subjects related to the textbook's theme and write a report and submit it. Enjoy the course.

産業・組織心理学への能動的な理解を目指す。
This course aims to provide an active understanding of industrial and organizational psychology.
産業・組織心理学のテキストを使いて、その概念、理論を学ぶ。その際少人数のグループを作り、該当箇所について事前にパワーポイントを作成し、内容を他の受講生にわかりやすく説明していく。発表では、自分自身の日常生活での出来事や経験、社会的出来事、さらには当該事項に関する心理学の専門書、関連した心理学の学術論文なども用いて説明する。発表担当の受講生以外の中から、各回ごとに司会を務めるコーディネーターと、質問や意見をするコメンテーターも決めておく。さらに受講生一般からの質問を交えながら討議することによって、産業・組織心理学への理解を深める。時折、授業に関連した内容の質問紙にも回答してもらったり、実験に参加したりしてもらうことがある。そうした調査、実験の結果は、最終講義時間において説明する。受講生が積極的に参加して形成する授業を目指しているため、積極的な受講者が望ましい。最終講義時には、テキストに掲載されているテーマに関連した概念や理論などに関連した題材の中から、各自テーマを選び、レポートを書いて提出する。授業を楽しんで欲しい。
