We will study modern European film history mainly from the 1960s.
The history of European film from the 1960s is of a development process in contemporary film, that was critical of the visual media that had until then served as a tool for entertainment and information. From the present perspective of a film environment that has changed dramatically from that at the time of release, we will focus on works that have become recognized as important, and while analyzing films, we will follow the global flow of film history from various countries.

主に60年代から現代に至るヨーロッパ映画史を学ぶ。
We will study modern European film history mainly from the 1960s.
1960年代から現代にいたるヨーロッパ映画史はそれまでのツールとして娯楽・情報伝達に奉仕する映像メディアを批判する現代映画の発展過程である。公開当時とは異なり映像環境が飛躍的に変化した現在からの視点から見て、新たに重要とみなされるようになった作品に注目・映像を分析しながら各国の映画史のグローバルな流れを追っていく。

本年度は見せる作品をできるだけ選択して、場合によっては全編映写する予定ですので、出席鑑賞できない学生は学習が難しい授業になることを承知して履修選択してください。原則、本学図書館にある作品を使う予定です。時間や権利等の理由で作品映像を援用システムに添付することはありません。期末レポートでも授業の流れを把握しているかどうかが大事なポイントになりますので、講義のノートをとって復習して下さい。
