Learn from social welfare practitioners how the study of social welfare can be put into practice after graduation and identify how your own career will develop.
How can social welfare be put into practice and what career development paths are there in social welfare? Engage in practical discussions on the practice of social welfare and career development with social workers who work with children, people with disabilities, seniors, and the local community, as well as psychiatric and medical workers. Create your own career path through life, and then monitor and evaluate your progress from lectures through to practical implementation. The order of the lesson plan may change, depending on the availability and schedule of guest speakers. Details will be provided in class when available.

社会福祉の学びが，卒業後の実践とどのようにつながっているかを実践者から学び，自身のキャリア形成の方向性を説明できるようになる。
Learn from social welfare practitioners how the study of social welfare can be put into practice after graduation and identify how your own career will develop.
社会福祉における実践やキャリア形成とはどのようなものであるのか。児童，障害，高齢，地域，精神，医療のソーシャルワーカー等の実践者を招き，大学の学びと社会に於ける実践，キャリア形成をどのように積み上げるかに関して実践的な論議を行う。自分自身のキャリア形成のためのライフプランを作成し，講義期間から実施し，モニタリング及び評価していく。なお，ゲストの依頼の都合により，授業計画の順序は入れ替わりがある。授業の中で，決定しだい説明する。
How can social welfare be put into practice and what career development paths are there in social welfare?
