This course aims to develop basic skills for analyzing problems in social welfare law and making concrete proposals for solving them.
In this course, students will understand the overall picture of the social welfare law, such as the purpose, history, and theory of the social welfare law, and learn the basics of each social welfare law.

現行社会福祉法の問題点を析出し、問題解決にむけ具体的提言を行うための基礎力形成をめざす。

社会福祉に関する法の目的・歴史・理論等、社会福祉法の全体像を理解した上で、社会福祉各法の基礎を学ぶ。
