Learn about the regional principles, housing and welfare facilities, and take into consideration the systems and policies related to the construction of social systems and welfare in a super-aged society. Deepen understanding of issues concerning residential environment and community design.
Based on the current situation in Japan and the construction of social systems, such as Long Term Care Insurance, lectures are given on the importance of environmental maintenance including aspects of architectural design, in accordance with the perspectives of the elderly. Topics are introduced and explained using PowerPoint with specific examples.

超高齢社会における社会システムの構築と福祉に関する制度・政策を考慮しながら、地域のあり方・住宅・福祉施設について学び、居住環境・まちづくりの課題について理解を深める。
Learn about the regional principles, housing and welfare facilities, and take into consideration the systems and policies related to the construction of social systems and welfare in a super-aged society. Deepen understanding of issues concerning residential environment and community design.
現在の日本の状況や介護保険をはじめとする社会システムの構築を踏まえ、高齢者に視点をあてながら、建築的視点を含めて環境整備の大切さを講義する。具体的な事例を交えながら、パワーポイントを使用して、紹介、説明をする。

最終授業のあとに最終レポートの提出があります。授業で学んだことや興味を持ったことを軸に、自分の考えをまとめることを求めています。
