In this course, students will be able to:
•Develop a clear understanding of cultural identity and consider alternate views
•Develop a clear understanding of personal identity
•Develop a deeper understanding of intercultural communication
•Build confidence in expressing personal opinions and experiences
•Write an English essay
•Make a presentation
•Understand the elements of visual design
•Develop autonomy, creativity, critical thinking, and collaboration skills
This course develops student confidence to use English to express themselves on a deeper and more meaningful level. Understanding a foreign culture helps us to understand our own culture and ourselves. In this course we will practice expressing ourselves through discussion, presentation, and writing, as we develop a clear understanding of our own identity and values.

このコースは、より深く意味のあるレベルで自分自身を表現するために英語を使う自信を養います。外国の文化を理解することは、自分自身の文化や自分自身を理解することにつながります。このコースでは、ディスカッション、プレゼンテーション、ライティングを通して、自分自身を表現する練習をし、自分自身のアイデンティティと価値観を明確に理解することを目指します。
