Recognizing “community policy" as the solution to problems that impede the realization of "a better life" through community-based measures, characterized by the voluntary participation and collective efforts of residents (Sakata: 2014), the aim is to understand concrete solutions through papers, materials and field type learning.
This seminar deepens practical experience through Field Study, combining learning from the classroom with field experience and practice, including learning through principles, documents and source materials.

「コミュニティ政策」を〈よりよい暮らし〉の実現を阻む諸問題を、人々の自発的な参加と連帯を特徴とするコミュニティを基盤とする諸方策によって解決するものととらえ（坂田:2014)、その具体的な解決方法について文献・資料及びフィールド型学習を通して理解することを目標とする。

フィールドスタディは、原則として文献・資料などを通じての学習も含み、それらの座学による学習からの学びを何らかの形で現場、体験、実践に結びつけて深めていく演習を意味している。
