This course introduces the basic understanding and social position of recreation.
It also improves Q.O.L. in our own life and development of the quality of skill for interpersonal support at work in future.
Q.O.L can be improved by placing the idea of "recreation" in our lives.The aim of this course is to help students acquire an understanding of the principles of “Recreation” between enjoyment of dairy life and social challenges.Classes involve about contemporary social issues, the social environment surrounding them, how to support recreation in relationships, and support skill.

レクリエーションについての基本的な考え方、社会的位置づけについて理解を深める。そのことで、Q.O.Lの向上を図ることができるようになる。自分自身の生活や将来の職業に関連して、対人支援技術の質の向上に結び付けることができる。

「レクリエーション」という考えが生活の中に位置づくことで、Q.O.Lの向上を図ることができる。本授業においては、身近な生活における「楽しさ」から、社会的課題に関わるときの「楽しさ」までの連続的な視点としての「レクリエーション」についての理解を深めていく。そのうえで、現代における社会的課題や自身を取り巻く社会環境、人間関係の中でのレクリエーション支援の在り方、支援技術についての学びを進める。

Canvas LMSでの資料共有や課題提示をおこないます。各授業時の配布資料を参考にふりかえりをおこない、演習課題などがある場合は関連資料を集め、課題に取り組むこと。その場合、各自の生活経験や生活環境に置き換えながら学習課題をイメージすること。レクリエーションは日常生活を豊かにするということを念頭に置き、人と人との関係の中での生活の豊かさを高める知識、技能であるということへの理解を深めることを期待している。
