【Course Objectives】

This course aims to provide an understanding of the knowledge necessary to formulate and practice conditioning plans to improve various physical strength and athletic abilities.

【Course Contents】

Conditioning means adjusting your physical and mental state in a favorable direction. Techniques such as peaking and tapering are used to manage physical condition in sports and to get into the best condition for competitions, but these ideas also include physical training, nutrition, and treatment. We must understand how it works on the body as a whole and its psychological effects. Learn the theory and methods of managing your physical condition to improve your competitive ability. We will also discuss conditioning methods that take age into consideration.
