Students will learn to critically decipher the findings of research in history studies, with a focus on United States history.
Students are required to read assigned texts for discussions every week. The course will give students opportunities for individual reports, aimed at the writing of their theses.

アメリカ合衆国史を中心に、近代史の研究動向を批判的に整理・検討できるようになる。
Students will learn to critically decipher the findings of research in history studies, with a focus on United States history.
テクスト講読を中心に検討をすすめる。履修者の論文執筆を射程に、履修者に個人報告の機会を与える。
