Students will learn specialized techniques concerning research methods for Japanese linguistics.
Students will take up an study of their choice on Japanese linguistics, present its significance in relation to their own research theme, and discuss it with the entire class. In their presentations, students will be expected to present their points of view on previous research, research objectives, research methods, current status and future prospects, etc., and to communicate them clearly to the other participants. If necessary, all participants may conduct a survey and analysis of related research.

日本語学の研究法について専門的な手法を身につける。
Students will learn specialized techniques concerning research methods for Japanese linguistics.
受講者は、日本語学に関する任意の研究・論考を取り上げ、自らの研究テーマとの関わりからその意義について発表するとともに、受講者全員で討議する。発表に際しては、先行研究、研究目的、研究手法、現状と展望などについて論点を提示しつつ、他の受講者に分かりやすく伝えることが求められる。必要に応じて、受講者全員で関連研究の調査分析などを行うことがある。
