Students will read US economy research papers from Japan and overseas. At the same time, professor will guide students in their researches so students can establish their research subjects.
Students will read US economy research papers and literatures. In 2021, students will study "Introduction to Contemporary US Political Economy" by Nobuki Kawasaki, Takuro Kawane and Takeyasu Fujiki, Minerva Shobo.
If students desire, they may present their research reports. When selecting research subjects, it is important to specify outstanding researchers in these areas, read their works and papers, and find out unclear arguments. Students are recommended to work on this early.

アメリカ経済に関連する内外の研究論文を講読する。あわせて参加者の研究テーマ設定の一助となるよう研究指導を行う。
Students will read US economy research papers from Japan and overseas. At the same time, professor will guide students in their researches so students can establish their research subjects.
アメリカ経済に関連する論文や文献を講読する。2023年度は河崎信樹・河音琢郎・藤木剛康編著（2021）『現代アメリカ政治経済入門』ミネルヴァ書房などを検討対象として想定している。
希望があれば受講者の研究報告を行う。研究テーマの設定に際して重要となるのは当該分野のすぐれた研究者を特定し，その著作や論文を熟読理解し未だ解明されていない論点を見出すことである。受講者には早期にこの課題に取り組むことを推奨している。
