After brushing up your knowledge of accounting methods useful for business managers' decision-making and performance management, read literature on trends in management accounting and cost accounting in Japanese companies, the state of disparity between theory and practice, and apply appropriate methods. Students will be able to think about the design and use of management accounting systems on their own. We will also focus on the impact of management accounting on human behavior and psychology.
We will briefly review the theoretical system of management accounting, and read literature on trends in management accounting and cost accounting in Japanese companies, and the gap between theory and practice. We will also focus on the impact of management accounting on human behavior and psychology.

経営管理者の意思決定や業績管理に有用な会計手法についての知識をブラッシュアップしたうえで、日本企業の管理会計・原価計算の動向、理論と実務の乖離の状況などに関する文献を読み、適切な管理会計システムの設計・利用について自身で考えられるようになる。管理会計が人の行動や心理に与える影響にも焦点を当てる。

管理会計の理論体系を数回で大まかに復習し、日本企業の管理会計・原価計算の動向、理論と実務の乖離などに関する文献を輪読する。管理会計が人の行動や心理に与える影響にも焦点を当てる。
