【Course Objectives】

1. Students will learn concepts necessary for human resource and organizational development, such as reflection and feedback, through problem solving in heterogeneous teams
2.Students will be able to develop online workshops with high learning effectiveness while taking into consideration ethical aspects.
3. students will increase their self-awareness and identify their own leadership challenges while reflecting on the problem-solving process in interdisciplinary teams
4. students learn the curriculum map for the Leadership Development course and establish their identity as graduate students in the Leadership Development course
5. Students become proficient in online tools such as ZOOM and acquire the skills to teach effectively online.

【Course Contents】

In this class, new graduate students who enroll in April will form one team of about 4-5 students and spend 3 months solving a team problem. The assignment is as follows.
1. Research and determine one human resource issue related to in the private sector in 2024!
2. Develop and implement an online workshop that can be taken in 90 minutes by the target audience of intervention 1!

During the three-month course, there will be opportunities to receive feedback from students and faculty at 1) each class session, 2) the mid-term results debriefing session, and 3) the final results debriefing session. Feedback will be used as a springboard for the final results debriefing.
After the interim and final debriefing sessions, each student will have the opportunity to correct his or her own leadership behavior through team reflection and peer feedback based on the experiential learning leadership development model.
