The objective of this course is to consider the approach to organizational development, team development, human resource development, and leadership development in the field of health, medicine, and welfare, which are high-reliability organizations.
In this course, we will reinterpret theories and concepts already studied from the perspective of health, medicine, and welfare. The classes will primarily involve reading literature and discussions.

すでに学修してきた理論や概念を保健・医療・福祉の領域の視点で捉えなおす。
授業は文献購読とディスカッションを中心に展開する。

・本科目担当教員は、5年以上の実務経験を有する。
・本科目は、講義、受講生によるプレゼンテーション、受講生同士のディスカッションなど双方向形式で授業を展開する。
・双方向による授業の割合は全授業回数の50％以上である
