The course objective is to offer the students with conceptual and analytical tools to identify, analyze, and critically evaluate the strategic, managerial, governing, and productivity challenges of family-owned businesses associated with surviving polycrisis environments across generations.
The course focuses on the characteristics and mechanisms for navigating high-volatile,polycrisis environments and the consequences for managing longevity in family-owned businesses. It examines issues related to succession, governance, and the supply chain of internationalized family firms through organic growth along an intergenerational intention.
