This course aims to teach students about various measurement techniques used in biophysics.
This course aims to introduce principles and applications of single-molecule observation and other techniques in biophysics, along with the knowledge obtained from them. Functional analysis of ATP synthase is also introduced as an example, as are other very recent topics.

生物物理学分野の様々な計測法について，原著論文の例を見ながら学ぶ。
何がどの程度まで測定できるのかを知る。
This course aims to teach students about various measurement techniques used in biophysics.
酵素・タンパク質１分子の働く様子をみる，１分子計測法を中心に，生命科学分野で用いられる様々な測定技術について，原理，実際の例，それらにより得られた知見を講義する。
１分子計測法などによって，反応機構が詳細に調べられているATP合成酵素を例に，酵素の機能解析について具体的に紹介する。
その他，適宜最新のトピックスを取り上げる予定である。
