The aims to help students learn about the basic ideas and perspectives of life story research.
What it means to understand life of others? What is "life" in the first place? Students will critically read literatures related to life story research, and learn about the basic ideas and perspectives of life story research. Furthermore, students will report on their own field research.

ライフストーリー研究の基本的な考え方や視点を学ぶことを目的とする。
The aims to help students learn about the basic ideas and perspectives of life story research.
他者のライフを理解するとはどういうことか。そもそも「ライフ」とは何か。関連文献を批判的に読み解き、ライフストーリー研究の基本的な考え方や視点を学ぶ。また、受講者自身の調査研究についても報告してもらう。
