The goal is to learn perspectives on the socio-spatial structure of cities through lectures, literature subscriptions, and discussions.
The course will include a lecture on the perspectives of urban socio-spatial structure, as well as understanding through literature subscription and discussion. Among them, special attention will be paid to housing studies and its potential for the study of housing. Housing studies is an interdisciplinary research area that focuses on housing. We will focus here because investment in housing construction and housing development is an important element in shaping the socio-spatial structure of cities and has been attracting a lot of attention in recent years.

講義、文献講読、ディスカッションを通して都市の社会-空間構造を捉える視点を学ぶ。
The goal is to learn perspectives on the socio-spatial structure of cities through lectures, literature subscriptions, and discussions.
都市の社会-空間構造の視点を講義するとともに、文献講読とディスカッションにより理解を深める。特にハウジングスタディーズに着目し、その可能性を検討していくこととする。ハウジングスタディーズは住宅を対象とする学際的な研究領域である。住宅建設や住宅開発への投資は都市の社会-空間構造形成の重要な要素であり、近年注目が集まっているので、ここに着目していく。
なお、講読する文献については受講生と相談のうえ決定するが、現時点では以下を候補とする。
