The purpose of the lecture is to acquire skills of logical writing. This lecture deals with methods of writing essays and approaching or examining issues by deeply reading materials (in Japanese or in foreign language) on cooperation between Labor Law and Social Security Law.
In this lecture, participants will read materials on labor law and social security law. Participants are required to carefully read the materials designated in advance and fully prepare for the classes every time. As the preparation is expected to be considerable volume, those who have a strong interest in labor law and social security law are welcomed.

労働法と社会保障法の連携というテーマに関して文献（日本語のものもあれば，外国語のものもありうる）を読み込むことによって，論文の書き方や検討の方法，分析軸の立て方等の手法を確認し，論理的な文章を書くための素養を身につけることを目的とする。

参加者は毎回，労働法と社会保障法の連携というテーマに関する文献を丹念に読み込み，担当部分の全訳を作成するなど，周到な準備が求められる。可能な限り他の関連文献も取り扱う予定であり，量的にも相当多くなると考えられるので，本テーマに強い関心をもつ者の参加を期待する。
In this lecture, participants will read materials on labor law and social security law. 日本における労働法や社会保障法に関する法制度を基本的に理解している必要があります。それぞれの回は、担当者による報告を中心に議論を進めていくので、担当になった場合には論文に書かれていることだけでなく、その背景等についても丹念に調査の上で、報告することが求められます。また、報告担当でない場合でも、事前に指定される文献を読み込んで予習した上で参加することが不可欠です。
