【Course Objectives】

The objective of this course is to learn the method behind Case Studies by examining judicial precedents in each student’s major field of study.

【Course Contents】

As a general rule, students will research important judicial precedents released during the 2023 academic year. Students will consult with the advising faculty member to select the judicial precedent that they would like to report on and conduct Case Studies under the supervision of several faculty members affiliated with this graduate course who are in charge of the legal field related to the relevant judicial precedent. Several of the annotations are scheduled to be published in the "Journal of Law" graduate school journal.
Unless there are extenuating circumstances, graduate school students majoring in Law must take this course.
