Notes

【Course Objectives】

The course aims to explore the concept of "experiencing" in the psychological theory of L. S. Vygotsky, to gain new theoretical perspectives on how "experience/experiencing" is understood in psychology. Additionally, the course aims to equip students with the advanced skills for examining theoretical literature.

【Course Contents】

The course will begin with a lecture-style explanation of the overview of Vygotsky's theory, followed by a discussion of selected literature. Participants are expected to pre-read the assigned sections before each session and actively participate in the class. In-class activities will involve group work and discussions, focusing on the logical development, theoretical implications, and the applicability of the discussed sections to contemporary research issues.
