The objective of this lecture is to understand the principle of electrophoresis and the researches of the state of the art using capillary electrophoresis and gel electrophoresis.
The basics of electrophoresis are explained. In particular, capillary electrophoresis (CE), which is often used in advanced research, is explained in detail. Then, several advanced researches using CE and gel electrophoresis are presented.

空間分離法としての電気泳動法が均一溶液系と異なり，反応場としてどのような特徴を有するかを理解し，この特長を生かしたアプローチでどのような先端研究がなされているかを理解する。
The objective of this lecture is to understand the principle of electrophoresis and the researches of the state of the art using capillary electrophoresis and gel electrophoresis.
電気泳動法の基礎と原理について解説する。特に先端研究で良く用いられるキャピラリー電気泳動法（CE）について詳細に解説する。その後，CEやゲル電気泳動法を用いた先端研究での試みについて解説する。
The basics of electrophoresis are explained. In particular, capillary electrophoresis (CE), which is often used in advanced research, is explained in detail. Then, several advanced researches using CE and gel electrophoresis are presented.
