【Course Objectives】

To Learn intermediate-level multivariate analysis techniques used in quantitative sociology.
For graduate students in the doctoral program, their skills will improve to the point where papers using these techniques will be accepted by refereed journals.

【Course Contents】

Assuming that graduate students have learned the basics of social statistics and multivariate analysis, you will need the knowledge and knowledge to understand academic papers and apply those methods, especially intermediate-level models, to write your own papers. The purpose is to acquire skills. Learn everything from data collection and handling to analysis and interpretation based on a sociological standpoint. Students will also practice using the statistical software SPSS.
