Cognitive science encompasses a wide variety of fields and content. In this lecture, the goal is to understand the interesting features of the human cognition revealed by research in cognitive science. It also aims to understand how human cognition solves the problems human face, from the computational perspective.
The lecture will cover a wide range of theories and research in cognitive science. The characteristics of the human cognition will be explained, linking the problems with daily life and experiences.

認知科学には様々な分野が存在し、内容も多岐にわたる。本講義ではこれまでの認知科学の研究で明らかになった人間の心の性質を学ぶ中で、その興味深い特徴について理解することを目標とする。また、人間の認知は直面する問題をどのように解決しているのかについて、計算論の視点も含めながら理解することを目標とする。

認知科学の理論や研究について幅広く講義する。認知科学が扱う問題と⽇常⽣活での経験についてリンクさせながら、人間の心が持つ特徴について説明を行う。
The lecture will cover a wide range of theories and research in cognitive science. The characteristics of the human cognition will be explained, linking the problems with daily life and experiences.
