Deepen your understanding of the new knowledge about sports instruction through reading research papers about coaching sports and training.
Research trends in coaching and training science in sport will be introduced and discussed with the students. Students involved in sports coaching will also report on their coaching practice. The course will consist of a lecture on training and coaching, followed by a reading of the literature and a presentation on the contents of the textbook.

スポーツコーチングやトレーニングに関する研究論文等を精読して、スポーツ指導における新しい知見の理解を深める。
Deepen your understanding of the new knowledge about sports instruction through reading research papers about coaching sports and training.
スポーツにおけるコーチングやトレーニング科学についての研究動向について紹介して受講生とディスカッションする。また、スポーツ指導に関わっている受講生は指導実践について報告する。授業の流れとしては、トレーニングやコーチングに関する講義を受けて、テキストの中から興味がある章を決めて文献を読み、内容について発表する。
