【Course Objectives】

The main purpose of this course is to support students to prepare academic papers or business plans that are expected to contribute to solve practical needs in business or society. The topics or themes for research do not need to be limited into certain fields, but ideally the following domains are recommended: R&D, competitive strategy, marketing management(B2B, B2C), consumer behavior, operational management (VC, SC),etc.

【Course Contents】

Ideal research projects should contain the following process: exploring research questions, setting up hypotheses and verifying them. In both developing research papers and business plans, students are supposed to apply the above process in order to create appropriate and persuasive proposals. The main steps are as follows:
Clarify themes
Set up and verify hypotheses
Develop research papers/business plans
Prepare for the presentation
