【Course Objectives】

In today's business, it has become natural to apply and utilize various mathematical science methods to the data.
However, if you do not have a correct understanding of what kind of data to use, how to use it, and what benefits can be obtained in what situations, you will end up making incorrect decisions.

In this class, we will use case studies to understand in what situations data science and AI are active and useful in marketing, and we will also learn how to utilize them and the steps through group work, in order to put marketing into practice.

It is also necessary to understand the content of the various methods.
However, more than that, our main focus is on acquiring the knowledge and skills necessary to solve problems when faced with business, and on developing the mindset to think about things as one's own business.

On the final day we give presentations on the assignment each other.

【Course Contents】

We learn where to use data science and AI in marketing, and what are the advantages and disadvantages of doing so. While looking back at the basics of marketing using actual examples.

Based on what you have learned, discuss similar cases in group work and understand how you would use it yourself each time.
